That night we were treated to dinner by Takeshi's business associate, Kenji Fukagawa-san, at his favorite sushi restaurant. That is Fukagawa-san's wife and daughter at the far end of the counter. The owner of the restaurant treated us to a fabulous dinner the equal of which we have never seen in any sushi restaurant in the U.S.!
