Our next port was Manta, Equador. There really was nothing to see here and too far from anything of interest given our short stay in this port. The brochures touted a small nearby village called Monticristi as the origin of the Panama Hat. Really? So, we watched the fishing boats unloading tuna and relaxed on the ship.
