Got it? How about the word on the right, "Pectopah"? We had fun pronouncing it using English alphabet sounds, but what do you think it sounds like using the Cyrillic alphabet? I asked our guide why it didn't end in "T" like the English word. He said there is no "T" because they serve only vodka! A little Russian joke there.
